Role Description
This is a remote, contract Graphic Designer role focused on LinkedIn content and visual storytelling. You will create high-quality, visually compelling graphics that bring our ideas to life, strengthen our brand presence, and drive engagement with executive audiences.
This role is production-oriented, with an expected output of approximately 10 posts per month, while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency. A “post” may take different forms depending on the content, including a carousel, infographic, poster, diagram, or other visual format.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in graphic design with a portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern, and impactful work
Expertise in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content
High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with feedback and iterating quickly
Experience with design tools such as Canva (preferred), Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

Sample Assignments
As part of the process, you may be asked to complete a short design exercise. Examples include:
LinkedIn Carousel: Turn a short consulting insight (provided) into a 5–7 slide LinkedIn carousel that is clear, engaging, and visually cohesive
Quote Graphic: Design a branded visual for a leadership quote that feels elevated and not generic
Before/After Concept: Create a simple visual that shows a “problem → transformation → outcome” story
Light Brand Exploration: Apply Caravann’s brand to a new content format or visual direction while maintaining a clean, consistent look
