Isabel Gabaldon is a consulting intern at Caravann Consulting and holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development at New York University, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and leadership.

Isabel excels at leadership and team building, organizational assessment and analysis, people analytics, culture, and change management. Before beginning her master’s program at NYU, Isabel worked in the banking industry for 5 years, mainly in corporate banking doing business management.
