Khaled El-Sawaf is a senior strategist, project manager, and problem solver with over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams across diverse industries, including product management, marketing, and organizational transformation. He has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and community nonprofits alike, working with prominent clients such as Intuit, Airbnb, Autodesk, and VISA.

Khaled specializes in co-creating strategic frameworks, from KPI and OKR development to change management, communications planning, and executive-level strategy. His ability to rally teams and distill complex information for executive audiences is one of his key strengths. He is trained in Human-Centered Design and Inclusive Facilitation, ensuring that organizational initiatives are outcome-driven and free from bias.

Khaled holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of Minnesota and completed most of his coursework toward an MBA at the Carlson School of Management. He is a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner and is deeply committed to mental health advocacy, particularly for men of color.
