The Situation

LEAD Atlanta was at an inflection point. As Atlanta’s civic and social landscape evolved, the organization sought to reassess how its programs, partnerships, and leadership model could better reflect the city it serves, while staying true to its legacy and impact.

Our Approach

Caravann supported LEAD Atlanta in stepping back from incremental tweaks and asking more fundamental questions about purpose, relevance, and impact. Through facilitated strategy sessions and stakeholder engagement, we helped leadership examine what was working, what was outdated, and what needed reimagining. We focused on:

  • Clarifying LEAD Atlanta’s value proposition in a crowded leadership ecosystem
  • Aligning programs with desired long-term civic outcomes
  • Creating strategic coherence across offerings and audiences
